The SR-Modellsport Shock Extender Set sets new standards for the rear axle of the MCD OCTOX. Through targeted optimization of the shock geometry, the rear of the vehicle is stabilized in fast sections as well as during acceleration phases. The result is a noticeably increased driving stability, maximum traction, and a significantly higher cornering speed.

In addition to pure performance, serviceability was a key focus during development. Thanks to the innovative "Easy Pin Removal" design, accessibility to the outer hinge pin has been perfected. To assemble or disassemble the pin, you still only need to loosen a single screw.

Made from CNC-machined 7075 aluminum, this upgrade offers maximum torsional stiffness with minimal weight. The components are precisely engineered as a plug-and-play solution and can be integrated directly into the original MCD OCTOX composite wishbones without any modifications. The system was developed over months under real racing conditions and successfully passed its final endurance test at the European Championship, where it convinced across the board with uncompromising reliability.

Note! For optimal geometry and the best performance of the upgrade, it is highly recommended to use the lower row of the shock tower as the mounting position.
